I am excited to announce that this winter I became certified in hypnotherapy and clinical hypnosis through the Academy for Professional Hypnosis in the US. Hypnotherapy is a relaxing and enjoyable route to many types of behavior change including: relaxation and stress management, weight loss, smoking cessation, anger management, anxiety reduction, building confidence, improving sleep and enhancing public speaking. It can also be used in preparation for a particular anticipated events such as surgery, childbirth, an international move, or even something like a particularly important meeting or presentation.
