Life in Shanghai can be overwhelming. Work. Family. Relationships. Adjusting in a new city or coping in one lived in for years. Travel. Stress. It’s no wonder we can find ourselves feeling anxious or overburdened, in need of fresh perspective. We may have had many great ways of coping in the past and due to increased pressures find that these aren’t working as well for us any more. At times we also find it hard to communicate, both with those here around us as well as the community we left at time back home.

Counseling can help to understand what you’re experiencing and find ways to manage the emotions around it. Please take a moment to explore the site and discover how meeting with a counselor could be useful to you or those you care about.
